In 2013 the old roof was removed and a new roof was installed. The new roof will protect the house for many years to come.

Overview:
the roof membrane has been replaced with a 0.6 mil membrane. the roof deck was then installed on top of that roof with penetrations to support the roof structure. The temporary wooden railings have since been removed to make way for new BBAC approved iron railings all the way around!
